All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation - 2 Cor 5:18
Jesus Christ is the great reconciler between God and man.
Through His divine-human identity, He gives us full access to the glory of God.
Through Christ we are able to have clean consciences, our guilt and shame fully removed.
We are given a hope that is not based upon earthly circumstances or flimsy emotions, but on the unshakable truth of God's Eternal Word.
Reconciliation does not just mean that we get to go to heaven after we die. It means that right here and right now we can have confidence to approach the Creator of the universe with absolutely anything that is on our hearts and know that He will hear us.
Through Jesus Christ we have been reconciled with God, but this is not where it ends.
He then sends us out to share this good news of reconciliation with the rest of the world.
Who doesn't like being able to share good news with someone? This is what God has done. He has appointed us to be bearers of this good news with all who will hear.
Sharing this good news is not an obligation, it is our divine privilege.

What I tell you in the dark, say in the light,
and what you hear whispered, proclaim on the housetops
Matt 10:27
